History
Argo Property Management Ltd. is proud to have established itself as a service oriented and professional property management company with over 18 years of experience. We specialize in the management of industrial and commercial condominiums and also with the management of various rental properties and free standing buildings. The majority of our clients are situated in the Greater Toronto Area with various locations in the Cities of Vaughan, Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga. Our office is conveniently located in Vaughan which allows quick and easy access to all of our managed properties.
Mission Statement
We believe that the best strategy for effective management is fast, efficient and accountable service to directors, unit owners, and tenants and a thorough knowledge of technical standards, condominium law and administration, and most importantly, good communication. We value attention to detail. The proof is in our customer's satisfaction which is shown by long term and stable occupancy, high retention rates, low costs and superior daily service.
To provide you with the best possible service, the members of our management team have taken extensive training programs through the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) with respect to the administration and management of condominiums and have thorough knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998 R.S.O. The members of our management team have been certified by ACMO as Registered Condominium Managers. We are also active members of both ACMO and the CCI and regularly attend conferences and events within the industry to keep up date on current issues in Condominium Management.
Through our experience we have established a large network of contacts, ranging from contractors, landscaping companies, accountants and lawyers which allows us to provide a wide range of services to our clients at cost effective rates.
