October 1, 2005 - Electronic Funds Transfer Service Now Available

  • Argo Property Mangement has been working hard to bring its customers a new and more convenient way of paying rent and condominium expense fees by using Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Unit Owners can now have their monthly condominium fees directly withdrawn from their bank account on a monthly basis by Pre-Authorized Debit.
  • The process is fast, convenient and eliminates the cost of having to write and mail cheques.
  • Eliminates the worries of whether or not payment will be recieved on time, cheques lost or stolen in the mail, or problems with missed or forgotten payments.
  • Tenants can have monthly rent deducted from their account.
  • Rental Clients can also have rental income collected in trust by Argo Property Mangement directly deposited to their account on demand, or at periodic intervals.

July 18, 2005 - Rise in Mail Theft Across the GTA

  • It has become apparent that there is a growing problem with mail theft and forcible break-ins to common mailboxes in industrial areas across the GTA.
  • Argo Property Management is working and consulting with members of the York Regional Police and Canada Post Corporate Security to keep up-to-date on effective security measures and practices to minimize this problem.
  • We would like to thank Canada Post Corporate Security for their generous support in this matter and for providing us with a set of "Best Practices" to distribute to all of our unit owners and tenants in order to raise awareness and educate the public on mail security and safety.
