Argo Property Management Ltd, herein referred to as ARGO, respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at ARGO's Web site (www.argoproperty.ca). By using our Service Request form from our web site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy and to our practices of collecting, using and disclosing your personal information.Part I. ARGO collects information through our Web site through the use of the Service Request page.We collect this information through the use of a web-based form (Service Request) as filled out by clients. Only information entered in this form is collected. Information relating to a user's computer use, IP address or otherwise, will not be collected or used in any manner whatsoever.
We do not employ cookies. A cookie is typically a small text file that a Web server may place on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. ARGO makes no use of such features or activities.
Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by ARGO will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out or sub-contracting requested services. Such information may be kept on file even after a particular service request has been carried out. Information is kept to ensure the accuracy of service requests, for future reference and for administrative purposes.The information we collect will NOT be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or information submission.
We may share data with the following parties at our sole discretion: any independent contractor, service technician or utility company who may be either subcontracted through ARGO to perform maintenance or repairs specified in Customer Service Requests or this information may be provided to the parties listed above, directly by ARGO who acts as an agent on behalf of the customer; so that they may arrange for services or repairs directly with the customer.
